// about_third_vector

The work of building and funding companies, done AI-natively.

Third Vector helps you build and fund businesses faster and smarter. AI does the heavy analytical work, people own the judgement, and Canopy, our product, brings both into the same room as a capability you keep.

One AI-native framework. We call it Canopy.

Third Vector is a Rotterdam-based firm built on a single product: Canopy, a framework for people and AI to work better together.

The principle is simple. Automate the intelligence, elevate the judgement. AI does the heavy analytical work. People set the intent, weigh what matters, shape how the ideas are framed, and catch the gaps in context, then sanity-check the whole thing against the gut. Canopy brings both into the same room.

It pairs skills you give an AI with a method that runs as a facilitated workshop. The packaged combination is what we call a node: one capability, built by a domain expert, pointed at a real decision. Nodes span three domains, go-to-market, product and corporate finance, and the training series teaches you to operate this way yourself.

Every node is yours to keep, re-run and tailor to how you work. That is the point: you leave with the capability itself rather than a deliverable, and it keeps compounding after we are gone.

People

A node is only as good as the expertise packaged into it, so each one is built by the person who owns the domain, someone who has done the work at scale.

// why_third_vector

The advantage goes to AI-native teams.

In five to ten years the best-run companies will look very different. AI will be woven through how the work gets done, and the teams that learn to work with it well, and bring their people up with it, will out-compete their peers.

Working with Third Vector is how your team builds that. Not a deck that lands and gets filed, but a durable AI-native way of working that you own and keep sharpening. Automate the intelligence, elevate the judgement.

What are you building next?

If you are building or backing a venture, start with the capability you are missing. We scope a node around it, run it with you, and you keep it. Tell us what you are working on.
