Over two live sessions, one week apart, you build a working AI-native system yourself. Not a demo you watch. Your hands stay on the keyboard while we guide the build on your screen, so the capability transfers to you and stays with you after we finish.
The system is tailored to how you actually work. On the Basic Operations track, for example, we teach you to have Claude configure Notion around your own habits: how you take notes, how you track progress across projects, how you keep your to-do list.
This is training, so there is no AI skill in the box. We guide you through the software stack setup and the workflows directly, live on your screen.
Academy is the way in: you learn to work with AI on your own stack, and build the leverage yourself. Applied AI is the second route, where we turn how your best people work into skills an AI can run, and you keep them. The Platform is the third, where those skills run on the model that does each job best. If you are earlier in your AI adoption journey, Academy is the right place to start.
You start with a short intake form on what you want to achieve and how you work today. From that, we prepare a tailored agenda and a setup checklist, so session one is spent building, not installing.
Session 1 (about 2 hours)
A working session on your screen. We build one concrete thing and get it running. You leave with a short list of things to try yourself.
One week to use it
You put the system to work and find the real friction that only shows up in daily use.
Session 2 (about 2 hours)
We review what stuck, make the fragile parts robust, and teach you to extend the system on your own. We close on where it goes next.
You walk away with a working system tailored to you, a repeatable method you can apply to the next problem, a short written playbook of your setup, and the ability to keep going without us.

You build a system that runs part of your week for you: for example, a milestone and task layer that drafts your status updates, or a client-intake flow that prepares your first response.
We start with a short form allowing us to tailor the session.
Sit the first session. If it is not for you, tell us before the second and we refund you in full. No reason required, and you keep whatever you built in session one. The terms are in section 5.5.
Founders, owners, and operators who want to run their business more AI-natively and would rather build the leverage themselves than outsource it. You are comfortable enough with software to want control, and you are not looking for someone to hand you a black box.
