Over two live sessions, one week apart, you build a working AI-native system yourself. Not a demo you watch. Your hands stay on the keyboard while we guide the build on your screen, so the capability transfers to you and stays with you after we finish.
The system is tailored to how you actually work. An AI-native setup that fights your habits gets abandoned in a week, so we build around your real bottleneck, not a fixed curriculum.
This is training, not a Canopy package: there is no Claude Skill in the box. We guide you through the software stack setup and the workflows directly, live on your screen.

You start with a short intake form on what you want to achieve and how you work today. From that, we prepare a tailored agenda and a setup checklist, so session one is spent building, not installing.
Session 1 (about 2 hours)
A working session on your screen. We build one concrete thing and get it running. You leave with a short list of things to try yourself.
One week to use it
You put the system to work and find the real friction that only shows up in daily use.
Session 2 (about 2 hours)
We review what stuck, make the fragile parts robust, and teach you to extend the system on your own. We close on where it goes next.
You walk away with a working system tailored to you, a repeatable method you can apply to the next problem, a short written playbook of your setup, and the ability to keep going without us.
